UN Women and the UK Government hosted a two-day workshop in Madhesh Province

Through the Hamro Sahas initiative, UN Women and the UK Government hosted a two-day workshop in Madhesh Province, bringing together women leaders, youth advocates, and frontline practitioners. Pahichan Nepal and its partner organizations were also part of this meaningful gathering.

Day 1 focused on collective care and healing, with participants using art, movement, and creative expression to reconnect with themselves and each other.

The workshop reinforced that care, creativity, solidarity, and collective action are essential for preventing violence and building inclusive, compassionate communities—online and offline.
